Prenatal Massage focuses on the mother-to-be as she goes through the changes due to pregnancy.
Therapists focus treatment on the areas that generally ache from the stress pregnancy adds to the body
along with any areas that are expresses ad bothersome.
After the mother has given birth, Post-Pregnancy treatment focuses on relaxation and circulation to
help the body systems return to a harmonic balance .
Prenatal massage may also help reduce and/or eliminate excess water retention, enhances the function of muscles and joints,
improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
*Mommy’s-to-be must be past their First Trimester PRIOR to ANY massage.
Massage work before 12 weeks of pregnancy is strongly contraindicated.
