Karen graduated from the North Texas School of Swedish Massage in 2008 and created Bodywork Unbound in 2013. Her focus is overall pain relief and has an extensive knowledge of anatomy.
She is certified in Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Orthopedic Massage, Thai Herbal Compress Massage, Post Surgical Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy and she is a Certified Ashiatsu DeepFeet Therapist.
Karen is also Rochester's first Ashiatsu Instructor and only DeepFeet Instructor in NYS among other CEU classes she teaches.
She is motivated by her clients and the energy they bring her as she continues to strive to improve her practice.
Karen is also a Certified Permanent Makeup Artist specializing in Microblading.
Rachel graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. She practices Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Lomi Lomi, Herbal Massage for Pain Relief, Thai Herbal Fusion, Cupping Therapy and Hot Stone Massage. She has a balanced mix of therapeutic and relaxation in each of her sessions.
Rachel is dedicated to providing the best possible care for each of her clients by assessing their needs and creating a treatment plan to help achieve those wellness goals.
A native of Rochester, Christy has 20 years of hands-on experience in the medical community. She graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and holds an Advanced Aromatherapy Certificate from the American Institute of Unani Medicine. Christy’s true passion is returning the body to a state of balance through the use of multiple complementary therapeutic modalities. Utilizing her knowledge of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine while incorporating western influences; she specializes in massage therapy techniques of Shiatsu, Polarity Therapy, Herbal Massage for Pain Relief, Cupping Therapy, Lomi Lomi, Thai Herbal Fusion and Reflexology.
Mandi graduated Monroe Community College for Massage Therapy in 2009 where she attained an Associates Degree in Applied Science, as well as a license to practice Massage Therapy. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Swedish/Relaxation Massage and is an
Ashiatsu DeepFeet Practitioner.

Mandi’s passion for healing drives her to create customized treatment plans that best fit individual needs. She strives to utilize her trainings to the best of her ability working with issues such as neck and back pain, TMJ and sciatic issues. Her ultimate goal is to help ease chronic pain and stress to get her clients moving in the right direction for muscle tension relief.
Cate’s personal healing journey led her to study and graduate from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2018. Cate’s relaxing, therapeutic massage is effective in relieving tight muscles from everyday aches & pains, repetitive motion, and injury. Utilizing her experience and studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and western modality bodywork, including Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Lymph drainage, Prenatal and Sports massage, she helps manage symptoms ranging from TMJ disorders, migraines, oncology and autoimmune disorders. With a passionate therapeutic approach to bodywork she enjoys contributing to her client’s overall health and happiness.
Andrew graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage as Salutatorian of his class. He practices a variety of massage techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Sports Massage and Reflexology.
He takes an integrative approach by blending multiple techniques into one a session to help induce relaxation while aiming at target areas that are causing discomfort or chronic pain. Andrew's main goal is to provide each of his clients with the best possible care customized to the individual medical needs and concerns.
Lauren graduated from Bryant & StrattonCollege with an Associate's Degree in Medical Office Administrative Assistance. She personally loves and thrives best working around Alternative Medicine.
She likes to focus on independent client care including pain management, meditation as well as other forms of natural stress relief including the use of essential oils, physical therapy stretches and myofascial cupping, chiropractic stretches and techniques and acupuncture.
