COVID-19 INFO

Thank you for your patience throughout our closure from Covid-19!

We are excited to be re-opening June 15th!

As you may know, there are additional guidelines to ensure our staff and client safety.

When scheduling your first appointment back, we will need to re-enter your information. We will require a valid e-mail address, credit card and cell phone number to ensure any required paperwork is filled out prior to your first appointment back and before arriving for any future appointments. 

Upon arrival to the Spa, please call 585.360.2700 and let our front desk know that you have arrived!

Please do not arrive excessively early as you will not be able to wait inside the building.

A face covering is required at all times in the building including during your appointment. 
You may remove your face covering in session while you are face down on the table only. It will need to be replaced once you turn over.


If you do not have a face covering, we do have cloth coverings available for purchase or you can choose to leave to get a face covering however this may cut into your appointment. 

If you are feeling under the weather, please contact the front desk to reschedule your appointment. 
We do require 24 hours notice to cancel or change any appointments and appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged a 50% service fee. 

If you are feeling ill and need to cancel within 24 hours, we will apply the cancellation fee toward your next appointment. You will not lose anything for canceling when you feel ill. 

If you arrive to the Spa and are presenting symptoms of a cough, trouble breathing or any of the novel symptoms, you will not be seen. Your appointment will be rescheduled for a minimum of 14 days out and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% that will also be applied toward your next service. 

Please bring a drinking apparatus such as a water bottle if you would like to hydrate after your session.

There are more regulations and guidelines from NYS that we are required to follow:
 

 

  • For your safety, we will be wearing a face covering at all times we interact with you!

  • We will also be wearing a face shield and an apron while performing all treatments so don't be alarmed if we look like investigating space creatures!

  • In place of a face cradle cover, we will be using a pillow case surrounding the pillow to create a vortex meant to catch any droplets that could be exhaled while you are face down.

  • We have replaced our white noise machines with Medify MA-14 Air Purifiers with Medical grade M13 HEPA filters in each treatment room and common areas. 

  • Your favorite soft tables are still there however we have added a protective vinyl covering over the fleece to make sanitizing more efficient and reduce possible contamination. AND in case you wanted to try a Lomi Lomi massage, your table is ready!

  • Each Therapist will have a daily contact log to easily identify which room they used for the day, clients they worked on, times sanitized etc. 

  • Your Therapist will be ​asking a few Covid related questions prior to the start of your treatment and will be going over anything they find during the session directly after (prior to leaving the room). If you have any questions for your therapist please ask before they exit the treatment room, once you open your treatment door you will be directed to either the restroom or to the reception area.

canceled, changed or rescheduled after 24 hours before appointment time.

There is a 100% charge per service for a no-call no-show.

Services purchased, Gift Certificate purchases, eGift Cards, Packages and Series are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates purchased as a service expire 1 year after purchase date, amount paid expires in 5 years.
Series and Packages are non transferable and valid with individual purchased for.
