Targeted Muscle Treatment

A perfect solution to stubborn areas of tension. We start by applying a hot towel compress to the area to increase circulation and soften the muscles, next a therapeutic massage is performed using Prossage warming ointment with menthol and lavender oils that heats the tissue as we work to get deep into the muscles. Once that area has been worked thoroughly, another hot towel compress is applied to activate the ingredients and sooth the area. Then a cooling application of Biofreeze is applied to further reduce inflammation and soreness.
