Autumn graduated from OSTM after serving 5 years in the Army National Guard. From being in a physically demanding position for so long, Autumn gained the passion to alleviate other’s pain. She constantly strives for continuing education to give each of her clients the individualized care they need.
She specializes in back, neck and shoulder issues blending Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques but genuinely enjoys making each session unique to the individual based on your needs.

When she’s not working you can find her hiking around the finger lakes, paddle boarding, thrifting, drawing or picking at a guitar!
