ILLNESS / EMERGENCY RELATED CANCELLATIONS
If you are feeling under the weather in any way, please contact the front desk as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Illness / Emergency Cancellations:
-
We still require 24/48 hours notice to cancel, reschedule, shorten or change any appointment.
-
In the event of illness / emergency, we will retain the deposit amount.
-
The majority of the deposit amount will be applied toward the remaining balance of your next appointment.
-
Retained deposit can be applied toward a service of equal or greater value.
-
If you would like to shorten the original appointment length, we will apply a portion of the deposit toward the remainder.
-
Majority of the deposit refers to the total amount paid less an administrative fee of 10%.
-
When scheduling a future appointment, a new deposit is processed and any roll-over amount will be applied as a credit at check-out after the appointment.
-
-
- If you arrive to the Spa and are presenting any of the following symptoms, you will not be seen and the deposit will be forfeited:
- Cough
- Fever
- Trouble Breathing
- Nausea / Vomiting
- Cold / Flu-like symptoms
-
This is to ensure the safety of not only our team, but other clients that enter the Spa.
-
-
If your appointment has been canceled / rescheduled / changed and an illness / emergency cancellation credit has been applied to your next appointment and that appointment is late canceled, the total paid will be forfeited and unable to be additionally rolled-over.
-
We are unable to transfer cancellation credits between Mandi, Andrew and BU Therapists.

No-Call / No-Show:
-
A No-Call/No-Show occurs when a client misses their scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance.
-
If you are a No-Call/No-Show to the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and the remaining balance of the service(s) total will be processed to the payment method on file.
-
As a courtesy, we will reach out shortly after the scheduled appointment time to check on your estimated arrival. If the client cancels at that time, it will still be considered a No-Call/No-Show. The deposit will be forfeited and remaining balance for the appointment(s) scheduled will be processed.
-
If there is no notification to cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to the start time, we will not be able to roll over the original deposit.
