To help ensure a safe, comfortable, and private environment for all guests and staff, we maintain the following photography, recording, and surveillance standards:

Surveillance in Common Areas:

• For the protection and security of our guests, staff, and facility, audio and visual surveillance systems are used throughout all common areas of the Spa. ​

• Surveillance is not present in treatment rooms, changing areas, or restrooms.

Photography:

• We welcome guests to take photographs of our space for personal use, reviews, and social media! We appreciate your enthusiasm, for sharing your experience with others.

  • When taking photographs, please be respectful of the privacy of other guests and staff.

    • Images should not intentionally capture individuals without their permission. ​

 

Video and Audio Recording in Common Areas:

• To protect the privacy and comfort of all guests, video recording and audio recording, including live streaming, by guests is not permitted in any common area of the spa. ​

  • This includes recording other guests, staff members, or conversations without the consent of all parties involved.

Recording During Services:

• Video recording or audio recording of any Spa service is not permitted at any time. 

  • This includes recording yourself, another guest, or a staff member while services are being performed.​

• Guests who wish to document their visit are encouraged to take videos or photographs before or after their service, in accordance with this policy.

Compliance:

• Guests who do not comply with this policy may be asked to stop recording, delete unauthorized recordings made on the premises, or discontinue their visit. 

  • Bodywork Unbound retains the right to refuse service to those that do not abide by our policies. ​
