Services & Gift Certificates:

• All services, appointments, and gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • This includes gift certificates purchased for BU, Mandi or Andrew. ​

    • Gift certificates purchased with Andrew or Mandi cannot be ​applied toward BU Therapist services or retail products.

Retail Products:

• Products purchased are non-refundable.

• Farmhouse Fresh items are eligible for exchange excluding sale items. 

  • Exchanges must be completed within 14 days after purchase and are subject to availability.
