SCHEDULING FOR ADOLESCENTS
To ensure accurate client records and seamless scheduling, each client must have their own account including adolescents.
Appointments cannot be booked using another person’s email, phone number, or account, as this can merge client information and cause future scheduling errors on our end as well as the client's.

If you are booking an appointment for someone else:

You are responsible for the deposit at the time of booking.

Any future deposits or charges associated with that client’s account will also be your responsibility if your card is attached to their account.

If you are trying to surprise someone and they are unable to make the appointment, you are responsible for that appointment.

In order to properly schedule an appointment for anyone under the age if 18, the following information is required:

Their email address (OR a separate email address from yours)

Their phone number (OR no phone number if they do not have a phone)

Their first and last name

Valid form of payment attached to their account for the required deposit and any cancellation fees.

Parental consent form completed by a parent or guardian.

When completing required forms prior to the appointment, please read carefully to ensure the correct information is added to the correct form. The parental consent form is to be completed by a parent or guardian. The massage / skin care intake form is to be completed by (or on the behalf of) the individual receiving services.

Forms that are completed incorrectly will need to be corrected prior to the start of the appointment and may cut into the appointment time.

Age groups for scheduling purposes are as follows:

Teen Massage / Teen Facial - ages 15yo-17yo - may receive services without a parent / guardian present in the room if all parties consent to treatment. ​

Youth Massage / Youth Facial - ages 5yo-14yo - we require a parent or guardian present in the room during the entirety of the appointment.

If the parent or guardian needs to exit the room during the appointment, the accompanied minor must exit the room as well.

​If you would like to bring your little to your appointment, we do have an Appointment + Your Little option. Please refer to the Appointment + Your Little page for further information, if you arrive with your little without scheduling accordingly, we may be unable to provide service at that time. If this occurs, the appointment(s) will be deemed a late cancel.
